Business Analysis

Business analysts (BAs) are responsible for bridging the gap between technologists and the business, using data analytics to assess processes, determine requirements, and deliver data-driven recommendations to executives and stakeholders.

At their highest expression, BAs act as Business Architects, engaging with business leaders and users to understand how data-driven changes to process, products, services, software, and hardware can improve efficiencies and add value.

Our Business Architects capture existing pain points, discover their root cause and choose solutions that are technologically, financially and culturally feasible for the organisation to pursue to  ‘improve the way it works’ and deliver optimum value to their stakeholders.
At the core of business analysis and new model architecture is the identification, collation, and prioritization of business requirements, against the backdrop of business opportunity.

Business requirements explain why a goal is worth achieving and what the “future state” may look like. Functional requirements specify, in detail, how the goal will be achieved. Sound architecture considers the logistics and practicalities of change from the existing to the future state and sound project delivery continuously reviews functional requirements as they develop and evolve to ensure they continue to deliver the business requirements and outcomes.

Our Business Analysis services encompass:
•    Identifying all stakeholders and their needs,
•    discovering pain points and identifying their root causes,
•    eliciting all business requirements (criteria any solution must meet),
•    evaluating solution options,
•    reengineering processes and designing the future of work
•    change and project management
•    standardising and documenting SOPs (Knowhow Management)
